Quinn represents a diverse set of clients in real estate and corporate transactions. He enjoys assisting clients with forming their business, negotiating commercial leases or purchase and sale agreements, and raising capital through private offerings. Quinn has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus in hospitality and retail. Before joining his current firm, Quinn worked with a small law firm with clients in the golf industry where he represented buyers in the purchase of member-owned country clubs. Quinn is a proud third-generation University of Texas alum.
