Mr. Ruiz primarily counsels and represents individuals, and small to mid-size entities in a broad range of real estate related matters, including without limitation, the acquisition and disposition of land and income producing properties including office, retail, multifamily projects, and single family properties; the establishment of restrictive covenants and owners associations for the management of condominium and single family residential projects; enforcement of restrictive covenants; commercial leasing; commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes; construction law matters;

In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Ruiz counsels and represents investors in business matters, including without limitation, the formation of business entities such as corporations, general partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies and the preparation of ancillary agreements thereto, including buy-sell agreements, employment contracts, and non- disclosure and non-competition agreements; and the acquisition and disposition of businesses through stock or asset purchases, including ancillary agreements such as confidentiality, non- disclosure, and non-competition agreements.
