Kevin W. Parke is a member of the firm’s transactional group representing
entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes located throughout the United States. Mr.
Parke’s practice includes planning and forming business entities, including corporations,
special purpose entities, partnerships and limited liability companies, corporate
operations and governance, acquisition and leasing of income producing properties,
mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and
negotiations of buy-sell agreements, employment contracts, and non-disclosure, non-
competition and other agreements. Mr. Parke also represents clients across the food
and beverage industry, including bar and restaurant concepts, and food and beverage
manufacturers and distributors, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and
production and distribution agreements.

Prior to joining Hajjar Peters, Mr. Parke enjoyed a successful hybrid legal and business
career with several leading technology and entertainment companies and private equity
firms. Mr. Parke served in executive leadership positions with Broadcast.com, Yahoo!
Inc., Landmark Theatres, The Charity Network and The First Tee of Greater Dallas.
