Brian Buster has represented individuals and businesses in a wide array of disputes across more than 20 counties in Texas and in the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 14th Courts of Appeals. Prior to joining Hajjar Peters, he was a founding partner of Christopher Bean & Associates, where he chaired the firm’s litigation practice. He is a graduate of South Texas College of Law and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Brian has experience at every level of litigation, from pre-suit notice and demand all the way through appeal and has also assisted businesses in drafting agreements that have helped them avoid the courtroom in its entirety. While Mr. Buster enjoys being in front of judges and juries, he also understands the value of resolving disputes at every level when the situation warrants.

Brian was born and raised in Dallas, Texas but his family hails from west Texas, where they have resided in some form or fashion for more than five generations. He is married to his wonderful and smart wife Emily, and together they have a young daughter who is a constant source of entertainment along with their two mutts, Potato and William. When Brian isn’t zealously representing his clients, he enjoys playing adult league ice hockey and visiting all the various establishments that keep Austin weird.
