A graduate of Michigan State University’s James Madison College of International Relations, and Michigan State University College of Law, Joseph was admitted to the Texas State Bar in April 2018. His practice in Texas began with civil plaintiff cases, primarily involving auto negligence and premises liability, at both a boutique firm in Houston and a large injury firm in Corpus Christi.

Joseph relocated to his home state of Michigan in January 2020 and was sworn into the Michigan State Bar in May of that year. While in Michigan, Joseph’s practice shifted to insurance defense, including insurance coverage and defense, auto negligence, premises liability, no-fault, property loss/fire, products liability, breach of contract, general negligence, and Miss Dig Act. In April 2023, Joseph returned to Texas to join Hajjar Peters, LLP.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys traveling with his spouse, sampling local cuisine, and visiting the gym.
