In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Ruiz counsels and represents investors in business matters, including without limitation, the formation of business entities such as corporations, general partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies and the preparation of ancillary agreements thereto, including buy-sell agreements, employment contracts, and non- disclosure and non-competition agreements; and the acquisition and disposition of businesses through stock or asset purchases, including ancillary agreements such as confidentiality, non- disclosure, and non-competition agreements.
