Bio:
Jacob Przada’s current practice is focused on civil litigation, including business and real
property disputes, and construction litigation. Jacob brings a diverse array of complex
litigation and trial experience to the firm. Prior to joining Hajjar Peters in 2024, Jacob
served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas,
before being reassigned to serve as Special Counsel with the Special Litigation
Division. In those roles, Jacob represented high-profile clients in both state and federal
courts as either plaintiff’s counsel or defense counsel.
With expertise in all phases of litigation, including with appellate law, Jacob has
represented employees, public officials, and large state agencies in both state-wide and
nation-wide cases. Jacob also brings experience with complex federal jury and bench
trials, where he obtained favorable outcomes for his clients on each occasion.
Born and raised in Texas, Jacob enjoys spending time in the Hill Country, traveling, and
training for marathons. When he’s not out on the trail, you will find Jacob cheering on
the Burnt Orange at Darrell K. Royal Stadium.
