Raegan joined Hajjar Peters with over a decade of transactional experience and brings significant real estate expertise to the firm. She has represented developers, investors, lenders, individuals, entities, and businesses of varying sizes in all aspects of real property ownership and conveyance, including the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases of office, medical office, restaurant, and retail properties, as well as the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements for income-producing properties and raw and ranch land, loan documents and other financing and subordination instruments, easements, escrow agreements, and development documents such as condominium associations. Raegan has extensive experience conducting due diligence reviews in real estate transactions on complex title and survey matters, too. She also practices general corporate law and counsels clients on entity formation and authorizations, negotiation of licensing agreements, drafting of partnership agreements, and sales of business interests and assets.
