Harry joined Hajjar Peters in 2018 after graduating from law school at South Texas College of Law Houston. He spent time clerking for the 3rd Court of Appeals and Attorney General’s Office during both summers of his law school career, where he developed writing and drafting skills, as well as courtroom exposure, working under appellate court justices and assistant attorneys general. Other than his three years of law school, Harry has always been a native of Austin and currently resides in Tarrytown.
Harry grew up in Georgetown, Texas, where he lived his entire life until attending the University of Texas at Austin for undergrad, where he earned a B.S. in Multimedia Journalism and was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Outside of legal practice, Harry is an avid Texas Longhorns sports fan, regularly attends live music concerts around town, and enjoys visiting various restaurants and bars around Austin with his friends and family.
Harry represents clients in real estate and corporate transactional matters. This includes various types of property leases, as well as corporate structure and corporate interest agreements for clients such as bars, restaurants, and businesses around the Austin area. Harry’s expertise with transactional work also extends to executive employment agreements and compensation, company mergers and acquisitions, and structured financings and recapitalizations.
