PROFILE

Monica B. Stallings is an experienced trial lawyer practicing family law and civil litigation. She began her career in civil litigation and tax controversy in Houston, Texas and Seattle, Washington. Since moving to Austin, Ms. Stallings has primarily focused on family law, where she serves clients in a wide range of matters, including but not limited to divorce, custody, child support, adoption, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, property enforcements, visitation, modifications and enforcements of prior orders, and protective orders. .

 

Ms. Stallings serves her clients with empathy and integrity, as well as creative and thoughtful advocacy. .
